Admission Rules:

  • Admission is granted purely on the basis of merit.
  • Every candidate must be registered with the school prior to appearing for the admission test.
  • For registration, the parent/guardian should obtain the prospectus cum application form on payment from the school office.
  • A child seeking admission to Nursery must complete 2 years and 6 months as on 31st May of the year of admission. Subsequently for admission to Class I, the child should complete 5 years and 6 months as on 31st May of admission year.
  • Submission of registration duly filled form for Nursery, Jr. K.G. & Sr. K.G. should be done along with an attested original copy of the Municipal birth certificate along with two passport size photograph, vaccination chart (Xerox copy) and original medical fitness certificated within 3 days of collecting the form.
  • Submission of registration form for Class I onwards – Original school leaving certificate is to be submitted before commencement of classes in June. However, along with registration form, some proof of schooling such as Xerox copy of First Unit Test result, First Term result or Xerox copy of student identity card must be submitted. Xerox copy of birth certificate is also to be attached. Two recent passport size photographs also should be attached with the registration form. Without these documents the form will not be accepted. The forms must be submitted duly filled within 3 days of collecting them.
  • Registration does not guarantee admission.
  • Every candidate seeking admission from Class III will require taking an admission test. For Classes IV to X, the test is given in English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science and Social Science subjects followed by an interview. For classes from Nursery to Class II, admission will be made on the basis of assessment through child-teacher-parent interaction.
  • It is the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian to bring the candidate to school for the test/interaction on the date and time fixed by the school.
  • On the basis of the test and personal interview, the school will select the students for admission. The parent/guardian will be required to deposit the fees within three days of the issue of the admission order. Failing that, the seat will be treated as vacant and may be filled by another candidate at the discretion of the Principal.
  • Admissions are made on a full year basis and the parent/guardian is required to pay the fees for the entire year. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Registration for any particular year is not transferable to another academic year.
