Social Initiatives 

A Blood Donation Campaign was held on Saturday, November 18, 2014 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Mahatma Hansraj in collaboration with J.J. Hospital. Teachers and Parents voluntarily donated 50 bottles of blood and  made the campaign successful.

The Joy of Giving was celebrated on the festive occasion of Diwali in the month of October 2014. Students decorated clay Diyas and exhibited them for a SALE. 

Swachata Abhiyaan : ’D.A.V. International School, Mulund embarked on a Cleanliness Drive: ‘Swachata Abhiyaan’ with great zeal on Saturday, 29th November, 2014. The entire school was geared up to take the Cleanliness Pledge and  clean the school premises. Students were equipped with all the necessary cleaning tools and attire and most importantly an attitude to prove the proverb ‘ Cleanliness is next to Godliness.’

Fund Raising Initiatives :

Students have raised funds voluntarily throughout the year for NGOs like :

• IDF (Indian Development  Fund)
• NADE (The National Association of Disabled’s Enterprises)
• Help Age India 
• Alert India
